This pate is easy to prepare and very versatile, it’s perfect for sandwich filling or canapes.
Tuna and hard-boiled egg pate
2 small tuna cans, (100 g drained)
1 hard-boiled egg
Black pepper to taste
Mix in a food processor the hard-boiled egg and the tuna till smooth and pasty. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
