Tropical Smoothies

  • Refrigerate fruit before preparing:
  • 1-8 ounce can of crushed pineapple, no sugar added.
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded and chunked
  • 1 mango, peeled
  • 10 seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup apple juice

Whirl in a blender for about a minute or two. This’ll cure your craving for sweets and keep you full for several hours.
