Teriyaki Beef Lo-Mein

There is usually one night per week, that I deem a leftover night.
Well tonight’s the Night!
Tonight we are making a Teriyaki Beef Lo-Mein. I love it when there is some Steak left over so a really nice leftover dish can be made. Some leftovers just don’t get there, But when you still have some juicy steak leftover! Wooohooo!
Now, if you don’t have steak leftover this recipe is great for any type of steak Just slice it thin enough to use in a “stir fry”. You could very well use Chicken or Shrimp in this dish, It’s that versatile! Whatever you have on hand is really the key for here. Afterall, it is just “Leftovers”.
