Roasted Pepper salad


10 red pappers
4 tbl spoons of canola oil
6 tbl spoons of white vinegar
1/2 tea spoon of salt
1/3 tea spoon of sugar
1 cup (2 dl) of water
10-12cloves of grated garlic

Wash and dry peppers. Put aluminium foil on the bottom of a baking tray, and arrange peppers.

Put the peppers in preheated oven (400*F) for about 30 minutes. Occasionally turn the peppers until they are baked on all sides. Do not worry if the skin turns black a little.

When the peppers are done, remove them from the baking tray, place them in a plastic bag and wrap them in a kitchen cloth. Leave it for about 1h. This is going to make the peppers easy to peal.

In a bowl mix the water, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and garlic. Peal the peppers and arrange them in a marinade. Cover the bowl and put it in a refrigerator.

Leave the peppers in a refrigerator for a day.
