Keys-Style Citrus Chicken
Keys-Style Citrus Chicken just like they make it in Florida. I travelled all the down to the Key’s and stopped at a Awesome waterfront Diner and ordered this dish… Had to copy the recipe with it’s tangy flavours and on top of couscous you can not go wrong.

Recipe
3 — large chicken breasts.
2 – Tbsp oil.
2 to 3 gloves garlic.
1 to 2- Tbsp butter.
1 — Tsp lime rind.
½ – Lime juice.
½ – Orange juice.
¼ – Tsp. ginger powder or fresh.
1 — Tsp Hot pepper (option).
Pepper to taste.
Salt — dash (option).
