Recipe;

1/2 Kilo  – Fresh or frozen fish.
Shrimp (option)
1/2  – Lemon
3/4 Cup – Milk
2 Tbsp. x 2 – Butter.
3 Tbsp. –  Flour
1 to 2 Tbsp. –  Cappers
1/3 Cup – Parsley
Pepper to taste.
Salt  (option)

Topping
1/2 Kilo  – Potato’s
2  Tbsp. – Butter
1/2 Cup – Sour cream or buttermilk
1/2 Tsp. – Salt
