My other half is Irish, very Irish. And he has an internal cookbook with the knowledge of a corned beef, roasted potatoes, and my favorite soda bread. His mother’s recipe for soda bread bakes up like a cake, is slightly sweeter, and has a nice moist texture. It is amazing and by far the best soda bread I have ever tasted.
