Egg Noodles
INGREDIENTS:
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1/4 cup water
2 cups flour
1-2 teaspoon of olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl beat together egg yolks, egg, salt, and pepper.
2. Stir in water.
3. Stir in flour.
4. Mead into ball.
5. Roll out on a floured surface until 1/16" to 1/8" thick.
6. Cut into noodles 1/4" wide.
7. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add oil.
8. Add noodles to a boiling water, and cook until done.
