Easy Barbecued Shrimp
INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds shrimp - raw,peeled
1 stick butter or margarine
juice of 1-1/2 lemons
1/2 lemon - thinly sliced
1 clove garlic - chopped
garlic salt
paprika
DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt butter in large sheet-type pan with 1-2" sides.
Add lemon juice. Stir in chopped garlic clove. Place
shrimp and lemon slices in pan and sprinkle with paprika
and garlic salt. Broil shrimp until they are pink and
firm (usually 10-15 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Serve with French bread for dipping.
