Sauce Bechamel



INGREDIENTS:

1 tb butter (generous)

1/2 tb Flour

salt 

pepper

1 c  Table cream

2 tb Swiss cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients. Heat, stirring, until
cheese is melted.
