Glazed Meatloaf



INGREDIENTS:

1 lb turkey -- cooked

1/2 c  cracker crumbs or bread crumbs

1 c  rice -- cooked

1/2 c  onion -- chopped

1/4 c  carrot -- grated

1/4 c  celery -- chopped fine

1 1/2 tsps mustard -- prepared or Dijon

1 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp white pepper

1/4 c tomato sauce

2 egg whites

1/2 c ketchup

1/4 c honey

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven at 350.  Prepare a loaf pan with cooking. Combine
all ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well.  Turn mixture
into a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.  Combine ketchup and
honey.  Spread evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.
