Chicken Parmesan
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup uncooked rice
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 tbs. margarine
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix onion soup mix, mushroom soup, milk, broth, & rice
in a small mixing bowl. Spray a crock pot with cooking
spray. Lay chicken breasts in crock pot. Place 1 TBS
margarine on each chicken breast. Pour soup mixture over
chicken breasts. Add salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle with
grated parmesan cheese. Cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours
or on high heat for 4 to 6 hours.
