Curacao



INGREDIENTS:

20 oz Vodka; 80 or 90 proof

1 c Sugar; white, granulated

2 ts Orange essence

Water as needed

1 ts Orange Vegetable coloring

Water to make 1 quart

DIRECTIONS:

1. Note: Please use the best available grade of water. Dissolve
the Sugar in just enough good water or distilled water to dissolve
it. Boil to form a heavy Syrup. Allow mixture to cool. Add the vodka
slowly, stirring well to mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Store until needed.
